Hello, I'm Matthew Patrick, a photographer based in Winchester, Kentucky.

Photography is my way of connecting with the natural world and sharing the beauty I encounter along the way. From remote forests and mountain landscapes to wetlands filled with wildlife, I've traveled across the United States in search of meaningful moments in nature.

While I enjoy photographing a variety of subjects, birds are my greatest passion. Their beauty, behavior, and endless diversity continue to inspire me every time I step into the field. Whether it's a songbird perched in perfect light or a raptor soaring overhead, I strive to capture the wonder and character of each encounter.

My approach is simple: slow down, observe, and let nature lead the way. By spending time studying wildlife and returning to locations throughout the seasons, I'm able to create images that reflect both the beauty of the scene and the experience of being there.
